"Anna Maria Island rentals on the beach have a lovely view of the Gulf however MOST of these properties have not been updated in any way since the 90's. Rusted showers, pool furniture and pool have stayed the same for over 20 years, the inside of the rentals are extremely dated, the sheets, the furniture the televisions are all pretty old. They charge a lot ,mostly for the view, because there are no amenities and they are not using the money to update anything."

"Stayed Beachfront at the Island Beach Club unit 22 on Holmes beach. Super quiet beach, not crowed yet within walking distance to some shopping and food. Pool was super nice and the nightly sunsets were breathtaking. Highly recommend the building and the unit we stayed in."
