"This is an older facility. It was very clean and it is an apt unit, it had full size refrigerator, full size stove,and small dishwasher in the unit. Very clean,nice atmosphere. Several sitting areas and a picnic area when walking to the beach. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach which is wonderful. You walk to Holmes Public Beach. It was our 1st time there. We loved it."

"If you like funky old beach resorts then you will enjoy this place. It's old, very basic and needs some upgrades, but it is right in the middle of the beach action. You can walk to the beach, cafe & bar. Sit out on your balcony and watch people fight over parking spots. Enjoy other people's music whether you want to or not. The rooms need some sheer cutains or blinds considering the proximity to a public parking lot. We were not able to use the pool since the pool service dumped chlorine in during our stay. There was an extra bed sqeezed in our room which made it very cramped. Pidgeons were nesting above all the doors. Doubt we will be back."

"The location was great. Just a very short walk to the beach. There was a small picnic area between the property and the beach. That was nice to have lunch at. The kids enjoyed the birds and squirrels. The apartment was clean and in good condition. It was quiet. The pool area was nice and partially shaded and perfect for when you wanted to relax without the direct sun on the beach. The booking was easy and check in and out was easy. The beach near the property was very busy after 11am. The only suggestion that we have is that the cookware be updated and the furniture was not very comfortable. Particularly the mattress. We hardly slept during our stay because if it. The size if the apartment was perfect for our family three adults and two children. We would book again based on location and how easy it was to book and overall how peaceful our stay was there."

"Awesome location. Management is super friendly and check in was a breeze.. we had an electronic lock! Unit was clean and kitchen fully stocked. Pool was crystal clear and heated. The view of the ocean from the BBQ grill was my favorite! Great beach and beautiful sunsets. We will be back asap!"
