"We absolutely LOVED this place! From the start, the owner-Alice, was so helpful when I struggled booking through a third party. I ended up booking directly with her. I am so thankful she was patient and stuck with me throughout it all because her place is AMAZING!! The location cannot be beat in my opinion. Being steps from water was the best, obviously.... but the bonus is the beach cafe that is just steps away with a great selection of food, drinks and my personal fav, refillable souvenir cups! On top of it all, the apartment (#3) was quite possibly one of the cleanest places I have ever been, to be honest. I will most definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!!!!"

"Great Location! We rented Cottage C1 which is a duplex with a shared screed in porch where you can see+hear the ocean... it's just wonderful. Beach is 25 steps. Fabulous service! Couldn't ask for a better host! Old school pine cottage was cute, clean ,quirky. Fun! Walking distance to tons of stuff. 4 blocks to Publix. Skinnys Burgers is down the block. Teeny bit musty when we got here but opened the windows and it's fine. We will be back for sure!!! Great place!"

"Incredible location with easy walking access to the beach through the back yard (you don't even need to cross a road). Accommodations were very neat, clean, and tidy. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Outdoor patio with furniture and charcoal grills. Great family experience in a beautiful place. Highly recommended!"

"Having been a regular to the island for going on 30 years, I'm asking myself why we hadn't stayed here previously. Excellent accommodations, service and location. I believe I've found my new favorite place to stay on the island. Thanks Bamboo for a great long weekend and we will definitely be back."

"When we arrived, the owner Alice was onsite and warmly welcomed us. The cottages have been in her family for many years. Alice was very friendly and we could tell she takes good care of her guests. The cottage (2) was extremely clean and comfy. Loved she kept the 70’s vibe!!! The cottage is on a gorgeous beach, white sand, clear, calm water. I found a sand dollar while we were there! The beach is similar to the Caribbean! We grilled one night at the cottage. There is a restaurant next door called Anna Maria Island Cafe. We walked on the beach over to it and got the blackened fish tacos…they were awesome. Highly recommend them. We also walked one day to Skinny’s and got a burger (very close by) . It was good. We did take a ride into Anna Maria, not much to see there, we got ice cream at 2 scoops, it was very good! We were able to relax and read on a beautiful beach most of our trip which was our goal!"
