"Unfortunately an apology is not enough and anyway I am going to share another opinion that I am sure you did the same with my reservation because it is a great coincidence that your worker told you the day before that I was ill, someone else could have taken the boat to the ramp, normally there are always two workers or more doing this, but I share another opinion and judge for yourself"
"Called to reserve room for 1 night. Actually over $200 after they add in $120 cleaning fee plus taxes. Its a condo."
