TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista

"I enjoyed my stay here at the Town Place Suites in orlando. The location was in Lake Buena Vista which was convenient and excellent to multiple attractions and stores. The kitchenette was well stocked and very useful, cuts down on eating out and gives you the opportunity to store and warm up drinks and food. The room itself was pretty spacious. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Parking was expensive and the gate did not work the entire duration of the stay so it was just open making paying for parking kind of pointless. But overall I would definitely stay here again and I enjoyed my stay. The free breakfast in the morning was a great touch and was delicious and they open early at 6:30 a.m."

"I received unexpected charges on my credit card despite the receptionist telling me there were no charges at checkout.. Later I realized that they charged on my credit card. I did not use parking and I double confirmed that there is no resort fees. I tried to call the hotel and holding them by phone was impossible. There is no email to contact. As a last recourse, I disputed with my credit card company. Other than that, the rooms were spacious, clean and have kitchenette."

"The room was clean and as pictured. The issue came with getting housekeeping services which was like pulling teeth. The staff doing the housekeeping work doesn't speak much English so that is not helpful. We didn't get housekeeping once in our 4 night stay even though I requested it at check in and everyday via the chat feature."

"Small rooms. Not very clean rooms. Most of the personnel not helpful and sometimes very rude!! I had an issue with the room and the lady at the reception with the name Fefe (Fifi), not only didn't help at all but was very rude!! And at the end of discussion, for the irony she said that she will "help" tomorrow by putting all my things to another place until a new room is freed, and of course I didn't accept that because why putting my staff in a warehouse (or sort of) and waiting for another room to be free, while I could stay at my room until a new room was found!! Being that nobody was caring to solve the issues of the room, I called Mr John Lyon (General Manager of the hotel) twice and left the voicemails, and he NEVER called be back!!! So Customer service there zero!!! The only person who offered to help me the next day was a lady with the name Francis, only she took care to solve the room problems! Thank you Francis! I liked that they offer the breakfast, but hated to have every single day the same exact food option! I didn't like the fact you have to pay for the parking! The room was not so clean (the cabinet doors full of spots - like yogurt spots, and the bathroom door with dog paws) and also the other parts of the room, not so clean. The pool very small considering the capacity of the large buildings, and being that the buildings are high and all around the pool, the sun will never touch the pool area!! No hot tub, while most of the hotels around do have hot tubs. And at the breakfast room, some personnel are very rude.. specially a curvy Mexican lady, always rude and throwing the food like throwing it to the dogs!! For sure, I will never be back there and I do not recommend to anybody"

"We prefer to opt for Marriott properties when we travel based on our previous stay experiences. we loved the overall stay experience, especially for family travelers. We didnt wanted to explore any other properties and with trust, booked this property and it stood well on our experience list. The positive attributes: 1. A warm welcome and a smooth check-in. 2. Spic span room with kitchenette setting; a home away from home feeling. Cozy. 3. Complimentary coffee 24/7 in the lobby made our stay overwhelming. 4. The buffet breakfast had options considering traveler from everywhere around the world. 5. Room had all the required facilities, one seek on vacation."
