Her father who also runs the business with her offered assistance. They both went above and beyond to help us. They rental house was perfect for our family. Very close to what we needed. The canal and boat dock were perfect for our boat. We will definitely use this company again. Can’t wait to go back to Cape Coral."

"The property was amazing! Beautiful home right on the canal, with access to the gulf. Our house also had kayaks and a paddle board available for use. When we arrived it smelled so fresh and clean. The temperature throughout the house was consistent and cool our whole trip. The pool, spa, slide, and waterfall were perfect for both the kids and the adults. Plenty of space for a family vacation. Outdoor bar and lounge area was well organized and stocked with all your pool needs including towels, pool toys, etc. The kitchen was stocked with any utensil you could think of, and even had complimentary coffee products. It was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the little details such as the way the towels were nicely folded and how the beds were made just so. Will definitely book through home rental systems anytime I come back to Florida, and will recommend them to everyone! House was also in an excellent area close to restaurants, bars, shops, tours, etc."

"We loved our stay at Sunny Banks! It was perfect for our family of 6 on vacation. The location was close to: Publix, a neighborhood Walmart, and many restaurants. My almost two year old had ample room to play inside and loved the pool. Pool towels were provided. Renee was quick and helpful to fix the hot tub and pool when the heater was not on. The beds were as pictured and comfortable. The kitchen was very clean fully stocked. We enjoyed our visit to Cape Coral!"

Our kids were able to remote learn with ease with high speed internet, jump in the pool and fish from the dock on the canal.
