Any issues with the apartment maintenance they are there that day or the next fixing your problem. My family and I couldn’t be happier living here we love this place and are so happy with the choice we made of picking The Coralina to rent, we have been here about 7 months. Just leaving a valentines pizza party held here for all of the families for free by the staff, and the kindness as well help provided to all is incredibly appreciated and not something seen often in these times we live in. "I don’t often write reviews. However, My fiancé and I just signed a lease here and had a wonderful experience. The staff is awesome, specifically Kayla Rivera. It was our first time signing a lease for an apartment and Kayla was there from the beginning to end helping us through the process. She is super dedicated, responsible, kind and responsive to all of our questions(and we had a lot). Not once did she ever not promptly answer an email or phone call from us, she maintained communication at all times. The apartment complex is beautiful, very clean, and calm. It was everything we were looking for. We’re so excited to be moving here at the end of the month."

"This is the worst place ever to stay, I am a United States Marine veteran, I have never missed a payment I have never done anything to warrant the way I was treated For the two years I lived there. They staff is extremely judgmental, unhelpful and rude. I’ve never met a group of people so awful at customer service. It’s literally their only job and they have failed. While there I had a bad issue with mold. They told me the reason for the black spots all over my ceiling coming directly from the AC vents was because “I used a candle” this is the worst lie I have ever heard in my life, I’ve used candles in every home I’ve ever been at and I know for a fact they use candles at there personal home and I promise there is no spots. Absolute liars and completely unhelpful always. If you live there be prepared for an unhelpful judgmental staff. Also don’t use any candles because they will try to charge you 300$ when you move out for the serious mold issue they have. Also instead of fixing it they will make the apartment look clean by painting over the mold instead of addressing the issue and then charge the next innocent person. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS AWFUK PLACE. They ruined multiple pairs of shoes and multiple articles of clothing that I didn’t say anything about but can clearly see mold growing on it. My $3,500 couch was ruined to mold and my mirror when I took it off the wall looked like a jungle of mold. But it’s the candle and there is nothing you or I can say about it because they are corporate LIARS."

"I’d give a minus one star review if I could. First off the staff is horrible and very degrading. They are Absolute great place for family living! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Has a nice large inground pool and barbecue grills for you to use. Roomy spacious apartments. 2 or 3 bedroom. Safe and secure place for your children to play and enjoy the other children that lives in the community."
