"This is the worst place to live at. If you live here expect to receive daily and weekly threats to be evicted or have vehicle towed. For things such as not having your trash can taken back inside before 9am the next day. Trailers and boats were once able to be parked at the complex in the back hidden and discrete but they decided to not allow it anymore and will tow your property if it is there. All they care about is your money and getting it. And focus on petty things rather than the a/c systems not properly circulating the full units. Place looks nice but it is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Look else where. Only positive thing is the staff. The owners are terrible."

"First let me mention the positive, the staff at the facility are amazing. They really go out of their way to help you. But all in all my experience at the complex was very negative. First there was the trash pickup, which was mandatory, expensive, and to be kind inconsistent. Sometimes we would go for weeks (one time 3 weeks) with no pickup. Trash would be laying in the halls everywhere. The smells and bugs were very bad. You had to pay extra for this service in spite of the fact rent at the facility is very high to begin with. But my biggest problem is when I moved out and they flat out stole my deposit. When I moved out I arranged through the office to use their cleaning service, which was not inexpensive, then after I moved out they charged me a cleaning fee among other fees. I would not reccomend living in this complex."

"This is by far the worst apartment complex ever if I could give them no stars I would! They don't show you the physical apartment that you're going to be moving into they show you a model that they have, they don't tell you that there's like no installation and you could hear every single sound in the apartment those walls are so thin, they're supposed to be brand new however whoever did their work really half fast it because there's paint on the bathtub and on the baseboards where paint shouldn't be, also they fine you for every little thing if you leave your trash can out longer than expected you'll get a $75 fine! The dog park is full of sewage it's been like that for months and nobody's fixed it, good luck trying to get a maintenance request in they don't respond to you unless if you physically call them numerous times. They will try to kick you out with false allegations, you only get one parking pass if you have two vehicles you have to pay $50 for the other parking pass, God forbid if your phone dies while you're going through the gate you wouldn't be able to call yourself tk buzz yourself in. you didn't have a parking pass. Their Clubhouse is only open from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday on the weekends it's only open for a couple hours so people can't even make use of it, the only thing luxury about this apartment complex is the price!"

"We love everything about this place! The clubhouse is beautiful. The coffee is amazing! The staff has always been helpful and gracious and nice every time we’ve come in (even before we became residents). Love Kristen’s personality! Alchie is so sweet! We love the fire pit and plan to enjoy the pool more as it gets warmer. Our apartment is beautiful and the whole community is as well. Very spacious. We enjoy being here and look forward to enjoying our time spent here in the future!"
