Springs at Cape Coral

"I have never written a negative review to anyone I always let things go, but this is the first review in my life. The first and most terrible thing is that the community administration discriminating people’s. They have no sense of humanity. ( I found one comment about discrimination here and yes it is true. Because we experienced it ourselves) We feel very very sad about administrators who are working here. We cannot feel completely happy here because we know how unfriendly and arrogant administrators work here. Other things, Air conditioners are very close to the windows where the people supposed to sleep. It’s very annoying. The trails are always full of bird droppings. They not paying attention to this. Our sink have been leaking water for more than 5 months, they just apply white glue and that's it, after a few days the same thing. They are not in a hurry to help people if something happens. And we already tired to ask anything else from them. The same with washing machine.. We have problems which they already know but they are not doing anything. The apartments walls are very very thin.( Feels like from the paper) They already have a lot of reviews about the same problem… We understand this place is pet friendly, but we just trying to rest in our home . Every single evening we have very loud neighbors dogs after 9 pm and sometimes after 10 Pm. It is very bad to live in a first floor apartment, because you can hear every step from the apartment above, every conversation from your neighbor to your left as well as the neighbor to your right. These Apartments rent are very expensive and you don’t have that quality that you paying for . We can't wait to get out of here. If honestly, I would never come back to live here for free and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Many people says that this community is very unfriendly when people move out. I will definitely write here again, about moving out. We just want to live our lives in peace."

"Living here at springs at Cape Coral as been a true pleasure. It’s a very tranquil community. I’ve been very pleased with how prompt and attentive the office staff has been. Brittany Megan and Crissann really go above and beyond to make sure we(residents) are happy and comfortable. Any maintenance issue gets taken care of ASAP!! Danny, Leo and Able are really knowledgeable guys and fix any issues I’ve had within 24 hours. I’ve lived at several communities and when I tell you maintenance staff here is amazing it’s no exaggeration. They truly care and aim to fix any issues and keep us all happy and safe. Thanks to the entire staff here at the Springs for truly being amazing."

"I want to thank Megan assistant community manager and Leo maintenance tech for doing such an amazing job. Leo has but nothing but helpful, respectful, great observer supportive ,knowledgeable and understanding and always available when needed. I appreciate his hard work and dedication to the community. Megan has been such an amazing outstanding, respectful, great communicator understanding and has phenomenal customer service and very knowledgeable and experienced community assistant manager. There is not enough words to express how wonderful Megan and Leo are to the community."

"The front office staff are very helpful, professional and courteous. The maintenance crew are awesome; they go above and beyond to help out. A very pleasant pet-friendly environment, with a great pool, beautifully maintained landscaping surrounding a central lake, with lots of sidewalks for outdoor dog walking. Also a very nice exercise room. The location is incredibly convenient to many amenities in Cape Coral. Multiple restaurants and food markets within a 15 minute drive."

"Friendly and committed staff at the front desk. The Spring at Cape Coral is perfect place to restart your life. Best apartment complex I have ever lived at! Shout out to Leyla and Taylor. I have lived here for year and several month already. At first, things weren't always running as smoothly in the beginning as I hoped. I decided renew my lease for 15 months for only one reason. I fell love with the new community that I was surrounded myself by. I walking around the lake everyday in the afternoon to stay active sometime at night. I think this place was my third home away from home. Thank for all new improvement I seen so much. My company Future Evolution Production was established here on my birthday as well. If you ever seen me around the neighborhood or in the clubhouse don't forget to say hello. Shout out to Megan, Val and all the staff who work diligent who keep us safe and happy....
