Cape at Savona Point

"Dont fall for these apartments scam. For such a small city like cape coral with nothing around the rent is over priced. You can get a 2 bed abd 2 bath for 1500$ look around it’s better to pay a down payment than fall for the scam rent is never what they say the get the smallest opportunity to re charge. The company hawthorne that builds these terrible apartments including surfside oasis apartments are the worst you can hear your neighbors pee and flush toilets thats how bad the noise is. Dog poop everywhere while we lived there. People at 2-5am partying in a week day. Gate never worked for the year i lived there but they kept rising rent truly stayyy away if you dont want to be paying money none stop for a 0 star apartment."

"I highly recommend this complex , my parents are retired and moving from NY to Fl , Crystal made the application process so smooth , she was very patient in helping them and extremely pleasant. The grounds are also beautiful. Definitely recommend."

"Dog poop all over. No accountability at all. Garbage all over. Broken gates. Loud pool parties and music every weekend if not more. Bogus charges on my bill. No communication. Dog park not maintained at all - broken fence, gates, big holes all over to fall in. The other dog park is always completely full of dog poop. Dog bag dispensers will be empty for weeks before they refill. Hallways of buildings very rarely cleaned, almost always filthy."

"I have lived in this community for almost three years and I must say that I couldn't be happier! The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. The management and staff are amazing! Anytime that I've had a problem, wheather it be maintanance or otherwise, they have always taken good care of me. I feel that they do care about the residents here. There are always monthly activities at the club house for us and lets not forget the regular visits from the food trucks! The maintenance staff is amazing! They are always friendly and professional. I am glad to be renewing my lease with them and I hope that anyone looking for a new place to call home gives Cape at Savona point some serious consideration. You will not be dissapointed!"

"We just moved in here about two months ago and we absolutely love it so far. Both the front office staff and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly. They have an awesome pool, gym, and clubhouse area. It’s a very nice environment and place to live. I highly recommend this apartment for people moving to Cape Coral."
