"This company is so wonderful to work with Claudia and Dennis top rated .This property was top notch every detail covered . When we opened the door there was a huge WOW factor and yes the whole house was spotless, the furnishings and decor over the top .Every little detail covered , you basically can walk in and need nothing . The pool and hot tub was spotless all instructions on operating the lights and heat were clearly given by Dennis. If you have any questions they reply immediately. In the future we will seek out any rental properties for our vacation needs and rent from these people only. We loved it so much we went back again Sept of 2022 and took our adult children and they fell in love with the property.. Many updates had been done."

"If I owned a rental home in Cape Coral I would definitely use Home 24/7 as my property management company. Dennis and Claudia were awesome they made sure everything was perfect for our stay. With Dennis also being in charge of the pool maintenance it made it very convenient. When he was there attending to the pool we could ask him additional questions about the property. He also understood the workings of the pool and was able to set the temperature to the levels we like. Dennis always called and made sure it was ok to come over never just showing up unannounced. (He was working on some furniture upgrades). When ever we had a question for Dennis or Claudia they were very quick to get back to us. I would rent any home that Home 24/7 is managing! "My husband and I have rented twice through Claudia and Dennis on our travels down to Cape Coral and our experience both times has been simply amazing! Everything is flawless from the booking process, the communication and the properties. Any time we’ve had any questions about the property, Dennis was quick to respond and assist us during our stay and Claudia was quick to respond to any inquiries about the rental agreement, etc. On top of amazing customer service, they feel like friends to us! We always end up chatting with Dennis for a while when we do our check in/check out process and we always enjoy his company and good chats! My husband and I will only book with Claudia and Dennis while vacationing to Cape Coral!
