"My experience was truly amazing. When I first found out I was pregnant I was confused about where to go. I did my research and found Dr. Ty. I wanted a maternity only type of place and was very lucky to find Boca Babes. The staff was extremely nice and supportive throughout my whole journey. "I never leave reviews ever but I had to for this practice( Boynton location). I wanted to see an OBGYN per my endocrinologist, my initial visit went great. No issues. I was prescribed a medication and months had passed, I called and spoke with a medical assistant for a refill on my prescription and I was told I had to make an appointment. My appointment was under 2 mins, I told the medical assistant I just wanted a refill and she sent it to my pharmacy. Few weeks later I received a bill for $273 dollars. I contacted the office and I was told that even if I only saw the doctor for 1 min I would still be billed. I knew my insurance would go inactive after that’s why I called to make sure to refill the rx wouldn’t cost the office visit. It is now months after I am still receiving a bill from collections. This is absolutely unacceptable. I don’t think I would recommend anyone to this practice, there’s a lot of miscommunication and poor leadership. Now if I had known I would be charged that much for a 2 minute visit I would’ve went somewhere else."

"Dr. Swartzlander & staff are hands down the most compassionate group of people in the medical field that I’ve met in a long time. Dr. Ty is smart, with amazing bedside manner. He recently delivered my baby and have to say the amount of trust and comfort I felt with him makes me forever thankful. The girls in the office are always so kind and helpful. You feel like family when you walk through the door. I’d gate-keep this practice if I could, however this practice is just too good not to recommend. Thank you for everything!"
