“We were over for weekend break and found this lovely place in the town, walked in to be greeted by the most lovely man, who made us feel very comfortable from the very beginning, very chatty. We had the peggs house lager which was a great lager. We then told him we were celebrating our engagement and he rushed us back to the bar for a free drink! Such a brilliant place would definitely recommend! Very chilled environment. Had the street food which was out of this world!”

“By far the best fish and chip shop in the area. The fish is always very fresh ,of excellent quality and well cooked. We first used the shop at the start of Covid and have been regular visitors ever since and the quality has been very consistent. We have no hesitation in recommending”

“I booked a table here for my girlfriends birthday and the food was very good and scratched a seafood itch that I'd had for a good couple of months. I had the platter to start followed by 2 items off the specials board which we shared. If you are on the fence as to whether or not to try this place out then just go for it and book a table! If you like seafood you won't be disappointed.”

“Fantastic experience at Nicco’s Restaurant. We had a very welcoming greeting and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor. The food was outstanding, we had lots of choice and opted for starters and mains. The cocktails on 241 were amazing! The service was impeccable and the Operations Manager and waitress that served us went over and above. They were so friendly, help and very personable. We can’t wait to be back to share this experience with our friends! X”

“Ordered 3 steaks and a pizza between 3 adults. The food was 10/10. Steaks were cooked well and the pizza was very nice too. The drinks were £1.95 for unlimited refills which was well priced compared to most other restaurants. The cleanliness was also 10/10 and can not be faulted. The toilets were also of great standard. Our waiter was Amaan who provided exceptional service and we will definitely be coming again.”

“Visited with a large group. We were told that we would have to sit on smaller tables and the food wouldn't be brought out together which wasn't a problem. Lots of choice on the menu and we all enjoyed our food. The staff were nice and friendly and the place had a good atmosphere and lovely views from the upstairs windows.”

The food was immense, portion sizes were huge, the garlic mushroom starters and steak mains was amazing. I couldn’t have any of the desserts on the menu, so they done me a glass dish of strawberries and cream - will definitely be going back”
