MAA Milepost 35

"We have moved several times and this was the first time into a new build. To no surprise there was some construction delays to overcome which did not affect us much HOWEVER from start to finish Drew was so very attentive, patient, professional, easy going and personable. We couldn't have asked for a better leasing person. Now like I said we’ve moved a few time but we have NEVER felt this special during move in than we did a week ago. This apartment REALLY payed attention and took care of us. They had drinks, pizza, snacks, even treats for our kitty. They walked us through the smart home features which can be overwhelming coming from a non-smart home. The amenities are endless and very high tech. In just a few days Rueben has fixed a few things in lighting speed. we are settling very nicely and plan to make Milepost 35 home for as long as possible. Thank you to Drew, Jen, Rueben and everyone else who made this move easy, it is refreshing working with kind and helpful people especially in today’s world, a far cry from your every day apartment where getting something as simple as an email back is like pulling teeth."

"Very nice apartment complex. Still partially under construction. Would loved to have been able to rent a unit there but none were going to be available before I had to be in a new apartment."

"I'll be moving in here with my girlfriend in April and Jen has been nothing short of exceptional in helping us through the leasing process. I currently live at the RiNo location (almost 2 years in) and am transferring out of there due to just being ready to get out of the heart of Denver to something a little more quiet. Since I'm transferring from one MAA property to another the process is a little more logistically challenging but the team has made it smooth and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Really excited to move in to the new space!"
