"The Chandler Resort was amazing. The pool and patio area were to die for, fantastic lighting and we loved the cacti placed around the fence. What a beautiful BBQ grill and outside bar, we spent a lot of time in the evening there. The kitchen had everything a chef could want to cook a gourmet meal. We love the indoor/outdoor TV. We could watch it while cooking and then roll it out to watch while we were eating dinner out on the patio."
"Booked a VRBO property for four nights for a family reunion and paid VRBO the full payment. Grandparents, aunt, uncle, and two small children booked flights from out of state. The following month the listing changes management to SKYE and VRBO says we need to cancel our reservation and contact new SKYE management to attempt to rebook. SKYE management says they have now implemented a five night minimum. We explain the situation that we had previously booked four nights, paid the full amount, and that our out of state family has already purchased flights etc. The new management said they are unwilling to work with us and “good luck” in finding a new place for us all to stay. Very rude and unprofessional."
