Del Corazon Apartments

"I have been a tenant of Del Corazon since 2017. It has been a good experience in general. Management has always been great . The previous management (Glenda) was great, and the current manager Destiny has been amazing as well. I have never had any issues with roaches or any kind of bugs in all the years I have lived here. The most recent maintenance team has also been great keeping the property looking nice and well kept. They recently replaced the carpet in the hallway with wood like flooring which has made my experience that much better and also have redid the parking lot. They have also come in a timely matter of any maintenance request when I have them. Recently they fixed my dryer . I’m content here. rent is high in Denver but this is a good option for a more affordable unit that has a washer and dryer in unit. I have a two bedroom one bath ."

"It took 21/2 weeks for this management to figure out they need my i.d. an now because I complained bout management I got denied rental. Now they tell me it will take up to 60 days to receive my 200 deposit back an if not in mail by 60th day. I just got to wait. An they won't be sending another check if it got lost in mail.. this is completely a joke for management..... ."

"The management is very unprofessional . Glenda would not respond to emails sent or calls made to the company. Her own staff has no idea what is going on, when called they just say" I'm new here, I'll have to ask Glenda what to do". When finally reached she was rude and showed no empathy towards anyone .They have no empathy for any residents, or perspective residents and respond when convenient for them. They need to hire professional property management not someone who sits on the phone and computer shopping and browsing all day. I would not recommend this company to anyone until the under go a new training system with employees who are aware of the policy of the company they are working for. Especially working under Glenda at all, she by far the worst property manger I've encountered ever."

"I've been at Del Corazon for a couple of years now and would recommend living here if you need affordable housing. We love the community center and was able to throw a birthday party for my daughter before covid its a nice little spot. However the neighborhood is not the best as in cars get broken into, parking is a mess because people that aren't supposed to be there park in the spots. The tenants aren't the most considerate but the manager Glenda is always trying her best to keep up with the issues and listens to concerns and does what she can about them."

"I have lived at Del Corazon Apartments for 3 years. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. Glinda such a wonderful person her and staff are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. I have not had bugs I keep my place clean. Great apartments!"
