"I love this hotel! Great location for dining and theatre. Most comfortable beds ever! Katie and Auberry were so helpful with check-in. They are awesome! The valet was also friendly and kind. Union Station is under construction and the hotel is next to be updated. It isn’t impacting operations at all, and we had a wonderful stay. I’m excited to see the updates. A heads up that the Pullman rooms are tiny so book a regular room or suite is my recommendation. Breakfast at Snooze is the best. Coffee or hot chocolate from Pig Train. Tavernetta or Mercantile for dinner. Tons of restaurants in and around the hotel. The history of this hotel is wonderful. Holidays here are also very festive and fun. Crawford is my favorite hotel in Denver. The room includes so many extras which make it a great value. I live in the mountains and stay here when going to Performing Arts, Ellie Caulkins, and Buell or just a night out. It’s in a prime location!"

"This was easily a 5 Star experience. Immediate access to the train station. Dropped off my luggage early at 11 with the front desk. They called an hour later that the room was already ready. Fantastic amentities in the lobby: 1 free ice cream, coffee, beer per day. Beautiful building and comfortable, spacious rooms. Could not be more happy with the service provided by the front desk and manager."

"A perfect, central location to explore downtown Denver. The front desk staff provided exceptional and friendly service. The lobby is patrolled by two armed security officers who stay busy keeping the train station safe. The pullman room was small but very nice with beautiful woodwork. Although our room faced the train platform, double windows keep the room very quiet. The bed was small and comfortable but awkwardly positioned in the room making it difficult for the person next to the wall to be able to get out of bed. Paper products were surprisingly rough and uncomfortable. Daily free coffee, beer, and ice cream in the station lobby was a nice bonus. The lobby, station, and grounds were frequented by homeless and we experienced a few episodes of intervention by police. We also lost power for two hours one night. There are many extra taxes fees added to the bill as well. Overall, we really enjoyed experiencing staying at this historic location."

"The convenience of the hotel being apart of a literal train/bus station is so helpful. We were from out of town and rode the train from the airport to the station. (End of the A-Line) We came a little early, but the hotel offered to hold our bags while we grabbed food and even more convenient enough, there was a breakfast place, a coffee place, and an ice cream place all inside as well. They called us to let us know our room was ready. The safety is nice too, the station has security (considering it is a public train station) but fear not, you need a room key to use the elevator up to your room. When we got to our hotel room, it was clean and cozy. Being able to order room service using a QR code was so nice. We noticed the hot water wasn’t working in our room and called down, they had it fixed and steaming (the way I like it) within the hour. The waterfall shower head is fantastic and I could stand in it for hours. I also loved how soft and fluffy the bed and pillows were. The TV being able to swivel was really nice, we were able to sit at the desk and eat our room service. The hotel is within walking distance of the ball arena and a lot of good food places like The Original, Thirsty Lion, and Citizens Rail. We also found it super convenient that the bus station was right outside underground to take a Bustang to Vail, or the other ski towns. We thought it would be more noisy with it being a train station, and there being the Cooper Lounge right outside our room, but we honestly didn’t hear a thing. The amenities are also fantastic, free scoop of ice cream daily w/room key and a free drip coffee w/room key. & might I say, they are hefty scoops! (Perfect because me and my boyfriend share a love for both ice cream and coffee) overall, great experience, and I’d say the hotel was worth 5 stars!"

"We loved our stay at the Crawford! Being located inside of Union Station was amazing. We flew in and took the train directly to Union. The Crawford is literally within steps of the train. We were right in the middle of some of the hustle and bustle of downtown Denver, yet it was so quiet in the room. Absolutely blown away by that aspect! Front desk staff is amazing and so kind. We took full advantage of the added perks—coffee, ice cream, beer, free transportation within a couple of miles. Highly recommend doing that. The room (Pullman) was really unique, yet cozy and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Don’t forget to check out Snooze, which is right downstairs. Excellent breakfast! When we return to Denver, we will surely be staying at the Crawford again!"
