"Do not rent here at Bear valley park! Since they switched companies it has been horrible. Everyone has moved out or has been evicted m by then. The older white lady working in the office is a horrible human being. She is rude and demeaning for no reason. Appears to take joy others peoples struggles. Refuses to help in any situation. Beware of her and her crew including maintenance! Sad to see someone with so much hate in their hearts. You need God hunny and bad! Your eyelashes look cheap too!"

"My apartment was filthy when I moved in. I had to scrub every part of the apartment before I could start moving things in. I had help and had to pay extra for my help so I could clean before they moved things in. I was very disappointed that I had to clean up someone else's grim and mess before I could move into an apartment that I had to put down a $1000.00 deposit. I did call the office and told them the situation and they told me they were sorry and would get back to me about it and they still have not gotten back to me and it has been 5 days."

"Unsure of all these bad reviews, Iv been at Bear Valley a year and LOVE it! Just renewed my lease for another year. The community is so nice and welcoming as well as the maintenance team! I'v run into the office several times and the ladies have ALWAYS been helpful and understanding. If your looking for a quiet community away from all the hustle and bustle that is Denver, this place is for you. Also, they love dogs and who doesn't love that?!"
