"when you move, you think you’re gonna move into somewhere that’s kind of peaceful that brings you some type of certainty that management that the workers around you that they’re gonna be attentive to your needs. I found out the hard way I found out these apartments don’t give a car in the world about what you have going on with your apartment. You’ll have to put multiple request in for them to come for just one they don’t fix that main problem when they do fix that main problem it takes them another month or two to come back to fix another problem. These apartments will leave you in emotional distress. They have roaches and they Repeat again they have roaches and mice in these apartment buildings. There’s been multiple complaints on these apartments about the roaches they still have not done Anything they’ll come Do one treatment and that’ll be it. do not move into these apartments if you care about your emotional distress if you care about how you live."

"When you first moved to apartments, you think this is gonna be it you think things are gonna be fine when I first moved here things were just OK I had bugs in my house I had things I was just wrong with the apartment from jump they came to fix some of the problems, but the problems kept arising, so I moved out of that apartment. I didn’t move to another apartment which I thought was bigger and better and more comfortable until I found out that the refrigerator was broken. Things in that apartment were just horrible and I put in work orders and nobody got back to me. if I was still living in that apartment My refrigerator still hasn’t been fixed there are roaches in these apartments. There are mice in these apartments do Not pay attention they do not call you back. They do not get back to you unless And tell them something to their face. Do not move in these apartments. I do not move these these apartments, if you Is not worth the emotional distress that they put you through. these apartments have roaches in mice. They have roaches and mice do not move here."

"I really like the property but the apartments They need a lot of repairs and then when you tell them at the office they want to charge you for everything since I moved I told them my stove is useless, only two burners work and it's okay for them, mother and my The microwave doesn't work and their door doesn't work and they told me I have to pay 300 dollars. I hope they change or fix the apartments better because I like the area where they are and they open the mail and steal the mail.They open it and steal things. I often find my mail thrown away and I already told them at the office and they don't do anything."

"I have no real problem with the leasing office, but the neighbors really are terrible. The kids in this complex are out at all hours of the night screaming, harassing my pets, peeing on the buildings (yes, seriously), and throwing rocks at cars. My car was stolen from the parking lot and my partner's car was broken into twice. I really like the apartment itself and I find that maintenance is pretty quick compared to other places I've lived. The kids leave garbage everywhere. I do see employees taking care of the grounds and picking up after them, the grass is well-kept and they shovel snow off the sidewalks, so I don't want to drag the leasing office or management. That said, I can't recommend living in the same space as these absolutely awful children."
