"Excellent service. My mother and I stayed here for vacation time together and we were greeted with friendly service and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you Fairfield Inn for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend Fairfield Inn to family and friends."

"My room was very clean and smelled good. It looked well maintained and kept up. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The pillows very not firm nor medium but soft. You had 3 pillows for each bed. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. She told me if I needed any more pillows, blankets, or towels to just let them know and they would bring them to you. They had a coffee and tea area all day long so you could have that anytime you wanted. The reason I gave it a 4 star was for the breakfast. I just was not that impressed with what they served and cooked it. The day I was there they had sausages, small spinach quiche, bagels, small muffins, cereal, and yogurt. I might have missed something but that generally idea. The sausages were definitely over cooked in the microwave. The quiche was nothing to write home about! I might stay there again but it would not because of the breakfasts."

"Legionnaires Disease!!! This review is not a reflection on Marriott but rather Converge Hospitality who owns/manages this property. I took my 11 year old daughter on a trip to Denver and stayed at this hotel. We swam/hot tub on the first night at hotel. Two days later we were notified by the local health department that there had been several guests that had contracted Legionnaires disease from this property - see letter included. This was about the same time I started feeling really bad. The CDC came in on Friday of that week and was testing even the water in the rooms. They then shut the hotel down two hours later and evacuated all guests. Upon returning home I tested positive for this disease. If you are not familiar with this disease, it hospitalizes most and kills many. I am thankful to be ok and have survived it, but I was out of work for five weeks in severe recovery conditions. In dealing with this franchise owner - Converge Hospitality, they have indicated that they will not cover even half of my expenses for this incident that happened on their watch and the impact it had on my family was drastic. I am waiting for the full report from the health department but I believe this was negligence on their part. Do yourselves a favor and book at the brand new Marriott hotel less then a block away. I could have died and to see their response and skirting all responsibility for this is telling into how the view us as guests and their responsibility to care for us and provide suitable and safe accommodations."

"Got this hotel from the recommendation that Aurora was a better area. The rooms even with remodel are pretty basic and were not remodeled ideally. The sink faucet is maybe hangs an inch from the edge of the counter to the sink bowl, making it hard to wash hands. The resurface on the tub was peeling off. The location though is ideal for tourist. Close to many restaurants and the rail station for easy access into Denver. Walls are thin though so any kids being loud will be heard."

"Very clean and comfortable room. The staff was very good. I really enjoyed the breakfast which offered some keto favorable items. Really enjoyed the spinach quiches. Everything seemed modern and clean. The hotel was next to the light rail system which I like because I enjoy taking The light rail as it gives you a great view of the city while you travel."
