"It cannot go without being said that our experience working with Dazha to find a our daughter's first apartment was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we met Dazha, she went above and beyond our expectations, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only was she kind and outgoing, making what could have been a very stressful situation more relaxing, Dazha's professionalism and attention to detail were evident as she took the time to understand our daughter's needs and preferences, ensuring that the properties she showed us were the right fit. Her communication was outstanding; she kept us informed at every step of the process, promptly responding to our queries and providing valuable insights. "We are going on two years here at Five810 Southlands. The property all the amenities you could ask for heated pool, amazing outdoor entertaining area complete with tables, fire pit, ping pong, corn hole, and Foosball. The gym is pretty impressive for an apparent gym stocked with dumbells, kettle bells, cable machines, plenty of cardio equipment, and a separate Yoga room. Over the past two years we've seen constant improvements to the common areas including astroturf, hammocks, and new lawn features. The staff has gone through some changes. Initially, the Staff wasn't impressive but under the tenure of Brad as the new property manager there has been a significant improvement in communication. Brad has done well finding a well manicured staff. I've been impressed with Madalyn, Dasha, and the other young lady in the office. They are tentative to your needs and able to respond quickly when needed. Brad is easy to communicate with and reasonable with requests with the property. The staff tries to accommodate your needs to the best of their ability. If you're looking for a great property that is priced great for what you receive than Five810 is an excellent place to land. We've been impressed with every aspect of our tenure here and plan to stay until we move to Florida in 2025."

"What an amazing experience! Dazha My Leasing Agent, right from the beginning till now, which is been almost 6 months living here is nothing but welcoming, very professional, eager to help and answer questions with a smile on her face. Love our apartment specially how convenient it is , close to Shopping centers and E470 ! All in all it is fantastic experience!"

"I’d give it zero if I could management is TERRIBLE. They never answer any questions, no one is on the same page, trash situation is horrendous, parking it trash, did I mention the piss poor communication from management? When myself & my brother lived here it was a nightmare! My brother was the only one on the lease we were verbally told and got an email that said his account was in good standing. In fact he had a credit of $106. Only to find out these bozos end up sending ME to collections for $106. How does that even work none of my info was on the lease. Lastly my brother NEVER got his deposit back. They are thieves, lack basic communication skills & competency. I’ve called them over 15 times Lisa Harris has yet to respond to me. I’ve went in person and the manager wrote my info down STILL have yet to respond to me. They just down right SUCK 10/10 wouldn’t recommend if I could sue them I would. I do plan to keep calling and emailing until my credit is fixed because y’all are an absolute nightmare so we are about become besties. Because there is NO way they can get away with this absolute WORST experience of my life!"

"I like the place and it's very nice, but the office and maintenance have shown a lot of unprofessionalism since we moved in. On our move in day we were told that we would have our key at noon, but when we got there we were told we'd have to wait until tomorrow to move in which was gonna inconvenience us because we already had our truck there ready to move in. Thankfully, Dasha stepped in to assist, and I'm grateful she was there. After receiving the keys, we noticed our apartment was completely dirty. It was stressful, needing to deep clean everything before settling in. Also, our work orders don't get taken care of even if it's an emergency like our heat. The complex itself has time where it's not clean and taken care of. I have a picture of the dog waste bin overflowing for approximately three weeks."
