"Met friends here that were guests at the resort. They were very impressed with the room and the quality of service. They were in town for a convention and kept emphasizing how convenient it was to be at the event all day and able to be in the room right away at the end. For us meeting them in the lobby was amazing to have such a comfortable place to visit. The couches in the lobby are amazingly comfortable and the place being so massive gave us enough space to talk and have the privacy we needed for conversations. Gaylords is amazing! 5* for sure!"

"My husband and I stayed here for his work convention and we enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was clean, which is a big deal for me because we've had some unfortunate experiences with hotel rooms before. The shower heads here are AMAZING! I legit wanted to unscrew that thing and bring it home with me. Also, the body washes and lotions they had in the rooms smelled heavenly. It was like a spa experience every time I took a shower. Room service, while obviously expensive, was very quick. Their burgers were good as well as the Denver omelet for breakfast. Their fruit cups were always fresh as well. We only dined in one restaurant while we were there, Vista Montagne, but enjoyed it. We went with a large group and the restaurant was super busy, but we still got our food in a timely manner and it was yummy. Large portions too! Spa was great: I got a 50 minute massage and the employees there are amazing! Super relaxing experience. The location is a tough one for me because it was super close to the airport, which was great, but farther away from downtown Denver where we wanted to eat out. I didn't get a chance to try the waterpark, but it looked fun. Overall, I enjoyed our experience and would come back, especially with our children."

"The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The conference facilities are nice but a bit spread out. It would be better if they grouped all the rooms for each conference together but that was not our experience. There were other conferences in between our sessions and we had to walk quite a bit from the expo to breakouts etc. the conference food was about a 4-star. The restaurants on the lower level were good but the entrance was quite lacking but may be due to the construction taking place down there."

"I wanted to share my experience from our most recent stay, which, as in the past, have always enjoyed. Top of the line in service. However, this is more an issue we had with communication on what was open. It would have been nice if this was disclosed at booking. For our latest trip, we were taken aback by the ongoing construction work, an issue that was not disclosed to us at the time of booking. We had anticipated that all areas of the property would be accessible, as this significantly contributes to the overall experience. That's why people book. Our visit was primarily for a dance competition my daughter was participating in. Knowing in advance about the construction and the closure of certain areas, we might have reconsidered our booking decision. This lack of information led to a somewhat disappointing experience, differing from our expectations. We have another reservation for this coming July to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday. We now understand that the main area may still be under renovation then, and we appreciate being informed about this in advance. It would have been nice to know for this last trip."

"Quite the resort. Went to Denver for four days and never had to leave the resort. So much to offer. The sheer size of the place, the event halls are never ending, I couldn’t stop exploring. Real size shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, comfy rooms, pillows and beds. The sports bar is great, the Rocky Mountain View is spectacular, the food is top notch. The event food was so good, the desserts were out standing. This place really is great. There’s restaurants I didn’t even have time to go to in this place. I will definitely return in the future. It was a great experience."
