"DO NOT MOVE HERE. LIKE FORREAL. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. I moved in almost three weeks ago and I should’ve known after signing the lease and viewing the unit that it was a bad move. The apartment was NOT move in ready. The door knob on the front door was loose, the ceilings were dirty and dusty, the appliances weren’t plugged in and there was a horrible odor coming from the kitchen, there was black mold under the kitchen sink, the appliances and cabinets were dirty, half the lights in the apartment weren’t working, the kitchen drawers were off track, the kitchen floor had all kinds of scuffs and tears, cabinets were missing knobs, the toilet wasn’t working, and the cosmetic flaws were through the roof! I did make a fuss about the unit and they did do some work but didn’t fix everything. My heat has not worked since I moved in, my fridge broke a week ago and all my food spoiled, all the electricity in the WHOLE BUILDING went out night before last and the maintenance line kept disconnecting, and we didn’t have hot water for three days and I had to boil water on my stove to wash up with! LASTLY I have slipped on the ice in front of my building FIVE TIMES and they still haven’t come to put salt down or shovel. I have told the staff about this several times and they just don’t care. They promise to fix things asap and yet here we are three weeks later. I’m in the process of breaking my lease and talking to an attorney and filing an official complaint with the city of Aurora because this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve also been told to call the news and have them come see so I’ll be looking into that."

"Unless you guys are ready to have company from bedbugs and cockroaches please look for pther options. They dont give move in ready apt they will literally put you in an apartment recently moved out from. You will complain about the 1000 things wrong with your apartment and yea nope they never have maintenance staff. So unless you are ready for that look else where."

"Since may I have come to the office every week for updates about maintenance that has been not even fix one thing along with a big list, every time I go in they say that they hire more maintenance help and send me schedule day to work on but they never show up. I believe is time to actually take some legal actions hopefully there is one if there is one cause companies like this they really don’t care about their residents. They give me the manager's email but I know they’re not going to do anything about it. They told my roommate to wait at the apartment that they were gonna come in to check it out, never show up twice already. But yet rent is always paid on time and charged what needs to be charged. Definitely frustrate. New management no difference. Mailbox is been broken and they say is a post office responsibility and post office says is the apartments complex’s responsibility. So what should we do?"

"I have never lived somewhere so horrible. The heat doesn’t work in the apartments and they never come to fix it. The management is awful and has changed multiple times since I’ve lived here and they do not answer phones. My first apartment here flooded and they left me in it for 3 weeks with all the mold and mildew without moving me. Do not rent here and run away as fast as possible because this is the worst place you could ever live"

"Please don’t move here. I thought the new management was going to be better, but I guess not. I moved out early due to the fact there are roaches, the management team never gets back to you and the quality of the apartment is garbage. I have called about 10 times and nobody answers. There are 2 numbers and one of them is disconnected. They NEVER respond to emails. I guess I will figure out my own prorated rent and that is what I will pay for my last month. I can’t go into the office because I am not in the state anymore. It’s been one thing after another with this place and just want to be done with it. Update: Also, when you move out they take more “rent” from your deposit. I paid my last payment (rent and utilities), and I left the apartment in better condition then when I moved in. It was NEVER mentioned to me there was extra rent that needed to be paid. This is so they don’t have to give you back most of your deposit. I hope you feel good about yourself ripping people off."
