"Liars and incompetent any 5 star reviews are bought and paid for not a resident review. Will show you a floor plan and move you into a different one without a choice. Hidden fees and dilapidated building. Luxury apartments we love our residents they have to put up signs by the street to lure more desperate tenant's. Deplorable running off long term tenants. Read the real reviews. If you wanna get someone on the phone you'll have to call and pretend your a new tenant. They steal and cheat the current residents and only have time to take others money."
"I have lived here for 10 years. I have no idea why, I think I need my head examined. You definitely do not want to live here. The management company is awful. I’ve lived through three owners and about 15 management companies. The repairs never get done on time. Hot water is a joke. You never have it. They never and I mean never shovel. The snow on the sidewalks or parking lot. The laundry room, washer and dryers are always broke and dirty. I was even held up by gunpoint in the parking lot. People have been shot in this complex. People have been taken out with body bags at this complex. So if you want to move here, it’s probably the most ghetto place I’ve ever lived."
"Cherry Creek Square apartments is such a cute place to live. The management is AMAZING and is always on top of things here. Great place to live and the location is great."
"Management is awful, won't return calls or emails. They'll say things like "I'll get that to you by the end of the day" then never bring it up again, and you have to call and email multiple times to get a further response. You would be lucky if their communication even addresses your problems. However, they will email you at 2pm saying that all the locks in the complex need to be changed by 6pm. Then they won't order enough locks, so it can't even be done by that day anyway... Just overall an awful, overpriced place to live. If you have to live here, know that there WILL be bed bugs, you WILL be woken up by barking dogs at 2am and their owners screaming at them and each other to stop, and you WILL regret having signed a lease of any length."
"Horrible place. Building closest to the road has someone that leaves their dog out on the porch all day. All it does it bark and try to jump the fence. One day it will get out and attack somebody. Tenants and complex will be sued for neglecting such an issue. Stay away."
