"after five phone calls with different information from every person, I was told and told again that the package could be picked up at this location. I drove 45 minutes and they couldn't find it. Also waited 45 minutes while she looked for it. The woman was really nice, but UPS is one of the worst companies ever. then, I asked her to redeliver the package to my address. She said no problem, the next day it was delivered to some random address that no one recognizes. The package is now gone. None of the options to file a claim are available on the phone or on the website. Just won't let me do it. called and spoke to a manager. They said they would investigate and call back, they never called. $300 down the drain. Thanks, UPS."
"My carrier shipped my phone early, it will be arriving 1/26/2024. Great. UPS is usually not in my area as early as the package came at 11 AM. I usually see the trucks in the evenings after I am home from work. I was planning to be home early from work and was home exactly an hour later after I missed my package, at 12 PM. I had to go home early STILL even though I "missed my delivery" to get my "unique 12 digit code" that was stuck to my door an hour away from work. I call UPS at the time of my arrival home. I am on hold 30 minutes. You are busy. Fine. I see why, if you could keep your promises of delivery changes when you obviously can't, don't make these promises, I suggest. The notice stated UPS will re-attempt my delivery for Monday. Guess what, I work Monday thru Friday, like most people, thank you? I ask the gentleman, whom was super nice on the phone, how I may get my phone, and if so, sooner than 3 days away. He states I have to sign up for their app (a company I loathe wants me to download their app and remember a password #%$& annoying) but FINE. The gentleman states if you do all this before 7 PM (as the website states as well which is super fun) once the driver returns with my phone/package to the warehouse, I can pick it up that same night. What a relief!!!! I sign up to this stupid app of theirs that gives NOTHING that the regular online site doesn't already, you simply have to have the "app" to change your package delivery as the live people cannot anymore LMFAO. I sign up and install and get all my information into the app before 2 PM. Because I got their welcome email at 2 PM. "Your shipping and tracking just got a whole lot easier!" Speak for yourself! The app tells me I will receive a phone call from UPS within an hour. I then cancel my plans for this last Friday evening (to give them ample time to call me), and I wait. I receive a notification at 2:12 PM that my hold for pick-up request has been received. Then, I get nothing, until 3:41 AM the next morning that it was confirmed. Do you seriously work your drivers for 20 hours each shift? Guess what... the centers are closed Saturday and Sunday, surprisingly SO IS MY OFFICE I WORK AT! Another Shocker! So, I know I'm out of a phone for the weekend, at least (from past experience). I call this morning and it's now Monday 1/29/2024... I was told to call back another time LOL. I assume it's because the "Customer Counter" is not opening until 3 PM. I have still not received the address or the pickup time I was to receive within an hour, some locations don't open until Tuesday at 3 PM. Where IS my phone that I paid 1,500 for that you are holding hostage???? Where will I pick it up???? What location should I be going to???? Should I arrive at a specific time?? The precious app doesn't know!!!!! I know it's with UPS SOMEHWERE maybe in this state? So my solution, since I cannot get one from UPS... is to show up at 3 PM to the site that I know is opening and demanding to have my phone handed over to me. I am leaving early for the second day in a row! See you soon! Can't wait! Don't bother with a response. I have read them and your flaccid copy and paste responses and your zero improvement for the last 20 years has been duly noted and it is not necessary to waste any of our time with it."
"Was not home to receive a package so ups decided to take it to a pick up center 30 minutes from my house. I drove past 10 other pickup locations on my way to this. When I called them and asked about this decision I was told the system did it and there was nothing they could do. When can we hold companies like UPS accountable for doing their job and providing customer service. Coming from the restaurant industry I would be providing free meals to customers just to make up the experience. Why does one company have so much power to be able to charge so much and not fulfill on duties they are hired for."
"I spent almost an hour on the phone with customer service trying to change the address of my package after unsuccessful delivery attempts. I went to this location 30 minutes before closing to try picking up my package. Michelle was so kind as to look into it for me. She was able to look up my package and get it from the back for me. She is the reason for the 5 star review. Her help and patience was the only great thing about this experience. Thank you very much to her!!"
"Tracking said my package was delivered but I never received my package and I was home all day waiting. These are Christmas gifts. The automatic call in center disconnects if you are not fast enough with a tracking number. I hope that whoever received my package has a good Christmas. I have 10 more packages coming and I hope that I will get them all. UPS should do better than this!"
