Pizza Hut

"Poor service. I ordered for carry out. And I received a confirmation to pick up around 10:35pm. So I came around 10:40pm to pick it up but, as soon as I got there it was pitch black inside, these 4 employees were outside on “break”or something while employees were still inside. Apparently it’s okay to close the store 20 minutes until closing. I called and I received no answer. Poor customer service. Do better."

"Did an online order SMH so... My pizza was Luke-warm and I didn't receive my Mt dew that I paid for. On top of that they wouldn't send it back out nor have I reecieved any kind of refund nor compensation as promised. Just not a good experience"

"The cashier helped me order, then when I went to my car to sit for the pizza 15min later I go back in and she act like she didn't know who I was. I was the only one that came in to order a ppp( personal pan pizza), when she went on break to smoke she literally saw me in my car waiting. Then when I went to pick up my pizza she says can I help you like she didn't see me 15min ago. You gotta do better and if your cashier forgets that fast then she needs to be put in another area of the restaurant. AND PLEASE PUT A COUPLE OF CHAIRS IN THERE FOR PEOPLE TO SIT!"

"Flynn Resturaunt Group and this Pizza Hut location are a joke. After having numerous issues with a basic Pizza Hut delivery and waiting 2 hours for food to be delivered incomplete the first time. I received a pizza from that order with a piece of plastic bag baked into the cheese. I tried contacting the location to complain about the bigger issue due to negligence and safety for their customers. I tried contacting the location itself was hung up on numerous times contacted customer service also hung up on numerous times there was only one person who said she sent an email thank you Kennedy for your help. I've contacted Flynn Restaurant Group their corporate office never received a phone call back. When I spent $74 on Pizza that evening I never thought that the life of my child would be put at risk. Not to mention the fact that I was treated extremely rudely was never given a refund and no one will speak to me at Flynn restaurant group or Pizza Hut. I will make it a point to inform anyone to never buy Pizza Hut pizza I personally will never order Pizza Hut pizza ever again the whole experience has my mind completely blown how can a corporate office and supervisors from their location not care about the negligence of their facility putting children and their customers in danger. Boycotting Pizza Hut disputing the charges and will never eat pizza hut again. You should be ashamed of yourselves."

"No option for zero stars! I ordered on line. I don't use door dash anymore. They can find the fingers on their hands, and definitely can not follow the GPS or read an address. Well, pizza hut sent my order via door dash. I mean the store is literally a mile away. Took this idiot an hour to find my place. It's literally a r, l, r and you're there. Like 5 minutes from the store! I am surprised he delivered it at all. Still trying to get a hold of the store for a refund since not only was it an hour late, it was the wrong order! I'm going to have to show up in person I guess. They won't like it!"
