"I am writing to express significant disappointment with a recent order. Despite clear instructions, the delivery person erroneously went to the wrong location, as confirmed by the school's security footage. Despite multiple calls to your store, the issue was not satisfactorily resolved. I was informed that the driver was new and not fluent in English, suggesting a failure to follow the given instructions. This not only caused inconvenience but also disappointment, especially as the order was meant to be a surprise for my students. The uncooperative response from your staff further added to the frustration."

"We ordered last night and our driver JeanPaul was driving all over town, when we asked why it took him 30 minutes to come when it’s a 6 minute drive he was very rude and said he took his break first and then came.. our pizzas were COLD. ALSO our cinnamon twists tasted like BBQ SAUCE!!!! 0/10"

"I ordered a pizza online and when i opened it 5 slices of my pizza had huge bites taken out of it. I drove all the way to the store to show them the piza and they gave me my money back. My pizza was delivered by a driver named "Alvaro" the manager did not want to give me his last name but DO NOT eat pizza here or if you do make sure you pick up at the store because this is disgusting and i will call Corporate and report this. This is the last time i get my food delivered ever again"

"Online experience was alright, ordered my food and everything was going well until the delivery time kept changing and then at one point it said the website was down and they were having technical difficulties after the fact that I put my credit card in and it went through. I waited almost an hour and a half for a Pick Up, I was gonna get it delivered but thought pick up was gonna be fast but I was wrong. When I got to the store nobody helped me until I asked for help even though the workers were just standing around. When I got my pizza I drove straight home because I had to feed my family not even thinking I should check my food. Got home and my pizza was all flipped in my box the other one was supposed to be a extravaganza pizza but the toppings seemed like they were just thrown on there and all 3 of my pizzas seemed like they were not even cooked all the way. Worst experience ever!!!!"
