"1/2024: Updated to 5 stars! So I stopped in today and was met with the most personable woman and the breadsticks are seriously amazing! I couldn't be happier and will continue to come here as I have been since originally leaving that bad review. Well I apparently should have really looked at the breadsticks BEFORE bringing them home, but how can you royally screw up breadsticks!? Apparently by not cooking half of them. I had not read the reviews of this place before ordering since I was out and it was right by the other store I was near and I was starving and just wanted some easy yummy breadsticks. I just do not understand how you screw up breadsticks this badly. Half of them were good and looked like they should & the other half once again we're not cooked..."
"Shame on you, Michael. How are you going to give an option for a cupped pepperoni then tell the customer that you didn't have that and you don't know why it was an option. So you send me a cheese pizza but charge me an extra dollar for the pepperoni. You are extremely unprofessional and you should not be a manager and I will not be ordering Pizza Hut ever again. Also, as a manager who talks to a customer that buys from your establishment at least 4 to 5 times a month. But you just got there and you don't care about anything you sir are extremely rude! I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. Way too many other pizza parlors to be treated like this. Your pizza isn't that good anyway. Anthony's here we come!"
"There’s tons of negative reviews so figured I’d post my positive one! Pick up order, got half meat lovers half pepperoni w stuffed crust. Took a few bites before deciding to write a review lol Tasted GREAT! Friendly and polite staff :)"
"Wow. I have not been to Pizza Hut in years and will not be back. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with light cheese and it looks like they dumped several cups on it. The other pizzas also had tons of cheese on them and there was so much cheese, it wasn't even cooked - it was still shredded and cold in the middle of the pizza. Didn't even get the correct pizza made - missing half of the ingredients. Breadsticks had no butter on them and were hard as a rock. $50 down the drain. What a waste. I will go anywhere else but here. Blackjack, Dominos, Jets, Godfathers, even Marcos is better than this."
