"I ordered delivery from the Mississippi location and the delivery driver left the pizza sitting on porch in 20 degree weather without even knocking on my door! I did an online review which was corporate address and stated they would send my complaint to the local store to reach out to me...I still haven't heard from the management at this location! I will tell all my friends of my experience and advise not order from here! Save your time reaching out to me now as I will NEVER order Hungry Howies again!"
"Unsure of where to begin with the disappointment ... order wrong. "Remake" (photo) at least provided our group something to laugh at. "Hamburger" pizza looked like rat droppings as toppings. Appetite gone Such a horribly disappointing experience Photo attached is their version of a corrected pizza which was supposed to be extra pepperoni sausage. Expensive and not worth the hassle"
"I went into Hungry Howies on 10/28 and ordered a pizza “well done” which that day translated to burnt. This has not been the case previously. Anyone who orders here knows the bottom can be a bit flimsy bit apparently there is no between. First the man said that’s how their pizzas come when you ask for well done. Then he said it depends on what crust flavor you get as some can burn the pizza. Then he sa I let the pizza get cold so I guess I needed to eat it on the way home because oddly Hungry Howies pizza burns when it gets cold??? I call corporate and they never returned my call so I called corporate back and they advised it is up to the franchise owner to respond and gave me an address to send in the complaint to. I will be doing this and I WILL NOT be getting pizza from Hungry Howies anymore. I do enjoy the pizza but the way they handled this situation is terrible customer service as I wasn’t asking for a free pizza. Just didn’t want it burnt. "First time ordering from here and received our pizza with it looking like it was thrown around. Very disappointing to spend $40 and get a scrunched up pizza. Was told I would get a refund but we will see"
