"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! I visit my best friend and your car will be broken into , stolen or towed . Homeless problem sleeping and going to the bathroom in the laundry room. My best friend gets no help from the management, even with reports to the office and management. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want your car stolen and/or want to deal with negligence + the RUDEST management team ever. My boyfriend lives here and I visited him overnight for 1 night, parked in visitor parking, and my car was hot-wired and stolen. When we informed management that the car was stolen, the manager had zero sympathy and ignorantly informed us that “6 other cars had been stolen from their lot that week.” When my boyfriend suggested that they hire security personnel for the security office at the entrance (that has stood vacant for years), they informed him that they couldn’t retain anyone for the job. BUY MORE LIGHTPOLES and a camera system then. Do something! Your parking lot is incredibly dark and only encourages people to steal. Also, my bf’s heat rarely works in the winter and he has placed several work orders for a bathroom fan that they promised to fix when he moved in. It’s been 3 years and it still doesn’t run. Management also raises rent frequently without providing any sort of upgrade in amenities and they don’t let you wash your clothes when temps go below 32 - even though their facilities are fully heated. Laundry costs are also periodically raised. To the apartment management — please stop being so smug and racist and actually treat your tenants with dignity. Update the place, fix broken appliances, and provide basic security before you even consider raising rent again."

"Elk Ridge has to be the best apartments with the greatest office/maintenance staff. I have lived here for years and without any problem I was always taken care of. The office ladies go above and beyond to make sure that you are well taken care of. They're professional, friendly and kind. The maintenance team is just as great! If I could i would thank them for everything 10000 times a day if I could! :)"

"I was skeptical to sign a lease at first because of the reviews but me and my husband took a chance because we loved how spacious the apartments are and their reasonable price compared to other apartments. And after living here for 3 years I can definitely say I have nothing to complain about. The staff is supper friendly especially Brenda and Rachel. They are always understanding and helpful the compound is always clean, if anything Broke they are quick to come and fix it. It felt like home and am thankful for the 3 years I had in this apartment."
