Albion Apartments

"Front door/lock to building is constantly broken and doesn't secure anything. Drug addicts are always in the building. My kids now know what meth is. Not unusual to smell meth upon entering the building. Walls and floors are thin. You can literally walk down the hallways and hear everything going on in the apartments. Carpets in the halls are old and nasty. There is often trash in the stairwells from homeless people coming in at night to sleep and use their drugs. The fans and lights are all remote-controlled, which means if you turn the lights on in one room, they all go on and sometimes even in your neighbor's apartment. I've been woken up numerous times in the middle of the night because a neighbor turns their light on so mine goes on. The dumpster doesn't get emptied consistently. Packages get stolen a lot. There are much better places to rent with more space and lower cost. Don't move here especially if you have kids."

"I have lived here in the building for quite a while. I like the neighborhood and close proximity to Safeway! (Also, my bank is across the street:-)) The new management is friendly and easy to talk to. I did have a garbage disposal problem, which was fixed in a short amount of time... I like them and my new disposal!"

"Well the apartment is nice it's clean it's a big difference from my last bug infested apartment. On the down side the sink was clogged but now is fixed the washer dryer doesn't work the water won't go down and it doesn't dry the air conditioner blowes out more hot air than cold air and there's a smell when you first enter but for the most part it's a alright apartment it will do."

"The small lady that manages this property is malicious, rude, and childish. The building itself is about as secure as a wet shoebox. Several of its residents openly sell drugs. The neighborhood is frightening after dark. Maintenance is non-existent. Drafty windows, expensive electric heat, creaky floors, dirt cheap appliances. If you enjoy waking up to the cries of neglected pets and hot waterless showers, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay the heck away."

"Actually I was quite impressed I was surprised at how clean and it was. The one bedroom was very small but it was perfect for one person and easy to get around I was very impressed. The bus service that they have once a week to take people to the grocery store is wonderful for the people that live there. Bus stop practically out the front door. The hills are quite steep so walking could be a little strenuous and possibly dangerous in the snow and ice but otherwise. WOW"
