"WOW! They lied about calling me, didn't knock ( I was sitting right inside) and they took a picture of the house to lie to dispatch that no one was available for the delivery. This company absolutely sucks for the love of god if you get stuck with them make your shipper use a different distributor!"
"It seems as if this company is a scam or just plain garbage. They not only argued about hooking up our dryer, of which we paid for, they almost electrocuted themselves and left a burn mark on my wall (see photo). My husband even suggested they ground the machine and turn off the power and they did not. I have notified the company we bought the dryer from they should not use this company for delivery. When googling this company it looks as if it is a scam. They have no idea what they are doing, ZERO STARS!"
"Absolutely worthless, garbage, incompetent delivery service. They called and offered to move up my delivery date by 2 weeks and offered at 9 AM to 1 PM window. They did NOT get in contact with me and I had to pester them all afternoon to figure out where my 300 pound package was. Finally, the customer service rep promises me the package will arrive at 5 PM, so I go out to do the errands I had been putting off all day waiting for them. At 4:20, the delivery guy shows up when I'm not home. Instead of waiting for me, he dumps the package on my back porch. It weighs 300 pounds and I am totally unable to bring it inside so I had to push it on its side and slide it into the garage. The service was supposed to be guaranteed delivery into the threshold of the doorway, not me waiting 9 hours for these incompetent people to leave my package outside. Would never use this service again. Don't waste your time."
"No stars. The broke a piece of my cabinet they were paid to deliver and assemble. They did not plus left oily smudges all over my white cabinet. They would reschedule and only one would show up when it was a 2 person job. The supervisor is irresponsible, says she will call you with information and doesn’t and you realized she lied when no one shows up. Then she won’t take your call but let’s some assistant try to explain why her boss didn’t call you back. This company should be avoided like the plague."
