"Horrible Place to Live, Cockroaches infested and everything wrong about the apartment. Maintenance take forever to to fix anything and if and when they do they give you the landlord special just paint over it ! And don’t think about getting your deposit back ! They will never give it back to you just a bunch of excuses and charges to not give it back."

"Our experience is really poor . She is not good manager . We deposit the $1000 and she returned us $133. She gave us apartment like this and still charge $866. I highly recommend people don’t go there ."

"The outside is cleaned daily(but the pool always has debris, even when it’s open). The ‘playground’ is more like a basic half court next to the trash. The trash areas are horribly overfilled all the time! Which sucks because we are big on recycling but it’s not enforced here. It’s just a huge mess there(tenets fault not management). The courtyard is filled with plants and trees, but lots of spider webs all over them. Definitely beautiful though. The parking lot is clean but it’s one spot per apartment, while parking outside sucks because you can’t park on Tennyson. Now onto the actual apartment: 2bed/2bath It is open dining, living and kitchen area. The kitchen has a decent amount of storage space but very limited on the counter space, dining room is a bit tight too. Bathrooms there are two bathrooms main bath with a tub. And the second has a shower. These have limited space as well, and the sink area seems to absorb every single stain! It’s a weird white matte color. The rooms I like,good size my two boys share a room so it fits well for them. The master bedroom fits our king bed and my daughter’s crib. It has two closets and there’s also a closet outside with racks. Overall it’s a decent space, the price is pretty high! But than again we are in the Bay Area. The reason I knocked off two stars is because one they gave us an apartment that was not move in ready. To clarify this place had a cracking tub and mold under kitchen sink just to name a few. Second reason is because it took so long to get things fixed! We spent a week and a half not being able to use the tub(this doesn’t include after we moved in. This is just how long it took them to finish it), a month later it started cracking again and all the paint chipping. I’m still waiting for a few things but it seems like it’s not going to change. Recently they did fix our kitchen counters (also had mold) and redid the tub. It looks much better done and the counters are beautiful. This place has 3 employees, the kind lady that cleans, the manager handling all apartments, and the repair man who has to fix all the apartments. They have been really nice to us but things get done slow because of the limited staff."

"My apt is infested with roaches and the management blamed me for having them even though the showed up a few months after me living there. Another lady moved in on March 2017 and they didn't even tell her about the roaches. Then they increased my rent 200 after promising they would increase it after the bugs were gone. I don't trust management staff and I'm moving as soon as possible."
