"It's ok. Do the 2nd floor, not the 1st. Trust me, it's a huge difference. The 2nd floor is the picture, the 1st is not. Does have 'neighbors'. But does have wifi, laundry, good location for Hayward, a responsive staff, TV. If at a low price, I'd go. But again, emphasis on the 2nd floor and not the 1st."

"The only reason I’m giving it one star is for a review post! They have BED BUGS ! I thought they fixed this problem back in 2017! I booked a room for my displaced family and they FaceTimed me and showed me two bed bugs they had to kill ! Unacceptable!"

"Pros: Check in was pleasant and the front desk person was friendly. The linens were comfortable and soft. It’s a clean room. Cons: the bed was like the first bed ever invented. Might as well slept on the floor they’re so hard. The walls are super thin, you can hear ALL of the traffic (booked before realizing it was near a freeway) the a/c works but all button labels were missing. The fan option didn’t work well, I tried running it to drown out the noise from the cars."

"Ok, so before we booked this place for the night I did read the reviews but decided to give it a chance because: 1- It was super cheap 2- Pet friendly 3- We honestly just needed somewhere to sleep for the night, we were not planning on being in the room, we just needed a place to store our stuff. We got to our room and it smelled AWFUL. The carpet felt disgusting and wet? The A/C sounded like it wanted to die. The bathrooms are ok. The TV was broken, there was a purple line going through the tv so the color was off and the remote was missing. We unloaded our stuff and left and left and even then, that was concerning. We ended up hiding most of our stuff. When we got back and got ready for bed, we found left behind clothes and wrappers and food behind our bed! Come night time, our teenage neighbors had a party with alcohol and other "party favors" They partied ALL night and even decided to yell and talk outside around 2am. I was super on edge all night and didn't sleep. My poor dogs, I'm sure they have (PTSD, LOL. JK) ALSO, while staying in that room i was miserable. I'm super allergic to cats and the lack of cleaning and NEVER seeing a cleaning lady told me, we were probably sleeping on dirty sheets and using dirty towels. PLEASE don't stay here. DON'T bring your family. AVOID THIS PLACE Spend a few extra dollars down the street. To the OWNER RESPONDING TO THE COMMENTS: Fix your property! Don't apologize, fix it! Your hotel is most definitely getting a bad name due to bad management and lack of enforcing rules. The people living there are super shady that it makes your hotel look shady."
