"Starting with Kayla @ night when I checked in, Kayla helped me through so much!!!! Cela, literally answered and navigated me through places to shop, directions, and then we had an exchange with Leslie, whom as a guest, offered me a roll of quarters because the manager had not arrived yet with them. Alberto helped us fix the dryer and Shasta, another guest literally handed us quarters to have it we wanted and offered to wait to use the dryer even though she was in line to use it. Mac, literally bought us Organic Burritos and was so kind, helping us re-key! Was super polite telling us if our keys did not work, to call upstairs and he would help! This all happened because Cela *her husband Anthony), Leslie and I follow Jesus Christ!!!!"

"Stayed here one night, and though room is a King suite, there were limited towels in the room. In addition, location is very sketchy. We checked in late at night and there was people in the parking lot hanging out. They did have a patrol vehicle overseeing the parking lot to ensure safety I'm sure. Will never go back."

"This facility is not ideal if you are considering a long-term stay. The current manager has made it as uninviting as he could starting from the breakfast food to the absolutely unnecessary loopholes when trying to do laundry using the in-house washer/dryer system. Very frustrating when the manager doesn't respond to inquiries or accept legal tender when trying to buy something as simple as laundry detergent. The staff don't routinely replace sheets, they re-use the same sheets as was verified by identifying markers on the "dirty" sheets that needed to be replaced. I spend a lot of time in hotels for work and this is my least favorite hotel of all time, in this price bracket."

"All the basic necessities for a like-home stay. I needed to make a couple of no-bake desserts for a Christmas potluck and the room had everything I needed (microwave, can opener, large dishes, full size refrigerator, dishwasher). Breakfast was very good, with hot options like omelets, sausage, oatmeal and waffles. Also had yogurt, fruits, cereal, milk and juices. Coffee and tea served almost all day. Added bonus for us, it is right next to a small airport and we love watching the small aircraft take off and land from our window."
