"First and last time. Besides dirty rooms…. They advertise breakfast but then never answered and finally said there’s water leaking in the power line so no breakfast???? My husband went down to the lobby and didn’t see anything except staff just sitting around. Also isn’t that dangerous for guests if that were actually true?????? I’m pretty sure we would have to evacuate and power/water would be shut off…. 0 stars"

"This place accepted reservations with no hot water in cold & raining conditions. Smoke alarm was ripped out, shower vent was hanging by a thread, sink drain had the topper removed. The sheets were dirty with stains and human hair. When I went to complain in the rain and a very bad cold, management refused to let me come into the lobby but instead let me stand in the rain with a bad cough without doing anything just looking at me with a stupid look instead of finding a solution or at least letting me in from out the rain."

"The most terrible service I have ever received. The hotel website promised breakfast included. When I came down next morning, everything was close, nobody at the reception and of course no breakfast. In the evening after work I visited reception and clerk said they are not serving breakfast anymore. I had 9 nights reservation, but I said if you can't provide me promised service I will checkout in the morning. Next morning, I checked out, got a receipt with 2-night charge and left. Next day got an SMS from my bank that hotel charged me full 2 night price. Visited that hotel again. talk to the receptionist. Then with manager. Send them e-mail, as for travel agent help, but nothing. Aften a month they didn't return me a penny nether provide me correct bill with full charge. THIS FRAUD hotel!!! Never pay them more then 1 night and better never stay there!"

"This place was literally the nastiest place I have ever been. I only stayed due to having my daughter with me and not feeling safe traveling home or wanting to leave the friend who booked the room. Towels were dirty hair and pubs were all over. I slept on top of the blankets due to the sheets being nasty. There was brown stuff on the ceiling.i don't even wanna give them one star. Please clean your rooms and towels..."

"Gross! We literally used our own bed sheets/pillow cases & blankets. Rooms are disgustingly dirty, stuff all over walls, stained bedding & towels. There was no breakfast (as advertised). The Indians that run it are a family that live there & are not happy to help. when we walked in for breakfast they had their own breakfast only & looked at us like we were crazy. Floors were filthy! So dirty we didn’t sit on couch & literally wiped down everything cleaning it ourselves before using. Do not recommend! O & 3 hours before check out the Indian guy was like “checking out” at our door we said no 2 & he kept asking like every 10 minutes until finally we just left, horrible experience do not recommend!"
