"I book a room in this hotel and I really make a big mistake, the two young girls, one in the evening and one in the morning when beyond their dutties to be rude, unfriendly and gross. The girl in evening charge me $40 more than the rate that I was to pay because she give me a ground floor room. There was no sign anywhere stating that. And when I make the reservation there was no warning either. I wake up at night and when to the restroom, just to interrupt a busy rouches party . I beleive the hotel people is dishonest, and don't care about anything. Stay away from this place."
"Two dog was barking all over night at 3rd floor. Unattended dogs! Terrible avoid this place because it is Dogs Hotel!?"
"Clean and big rooms. Great prices. The hotel staff is awesome. Our king bed was comfortable. Water pressure is too low. The refrigerator is too small and not cold enough and the microwave is small and old fashioned. It is in a great location. You can walk to Target and walk to a Hawaiian BBQ, a taco shop by Target, a gas station etc. The hotel has a laundry room and nice vending machines."
"Disgusting room! I was traveling with my family and I have a small baby. We had been traveling for 6 hours when we needed to rest so we stopped here. It was past midnight. We got a room with two beds as soon as we get into the room the smell is horrible. I try to use the restroom and the toilet seat had pubic hair on the seat like 4 of them. And the trash wasn't empty so they obviously didn't clean the room prior. Once we try to lay down we see one of the beds had a big stain on the sheet. The pillow had hair as if someone just got off the bed. The covers are a nasty green and brown color to blend all the stains. In the morning there was a sewer roach coming in from the sink bathroom. All the reviews are wrong this place is disgusting. I tried to tell the front desk but she didn't care and didn't want to be bothered. She never responded nor tried to apologize. Don't stay here."
