"Overall not a bad place to live. It's secluded upstairs and not very well known or highly visible from the outside. It's a pretty quite and relatively safe location. Neri is the on-site manager who is pretty friendly and doesn't bother anyone. The actaual owners of this building are in China but deal with the tennants through Neri or Amy. All but 2 of the apartments at this location are studios, but pretty decent size studios, and the rent is affordable at $700 as of October of 2016. The cons at this place are: 1) There is NO AC/Heater here and it gets really hot here in the summer and really cold in the winter. 2) The place is really old and starting to deteriorate in some ways and doesn't get enough maintenance done to keep it up to par. 3) There is a really bad roach infestation here which has not really been resolved even after the place was professionally sprayed. 4) Sometimes you will smell a heavy scent of marijuana smoke in the hallways from other tennants. 5) Sometimes it can be very difficult to find parking at this location, there is no designated parking for tennants here. 6) And finally, the last thing I didn't really like about it here is that there was a lot of criminal activity and homeless people ravaging the dumpsters in the side alley which can make you feel a little uncomfortable having to go out there sometimes to through away your trash. So considering all these factors I would rate my living experience here with 3 stars, but not an entirely bad experience overall."
