"My family members had a Wedding celebration there in one of their banquet halls. There was an issue with the heavy centerpieces and one of them broke- This woman pictured, had THE WORSE customer service I had encountered as a banquet coordinator. She was Very Upset that there was a need to replace the table cover (regular white) and provide fresh silverware. He attitude was disgusting. I was in shock. I am a wedding coordinator and had never experienced anything like it. It was such a bother to her- even though she didn't even help with the clean up. So pathetic. Would NOT recommend."
"If you have to be in Ontario, this is a pretty damn good place to stay. It's only a little more expensive from the dumpy hotels around it. Looks newer, beds are soft. Kind of a bummer that they don't let you vape in the rooms, if you do the alarm will go off it's very sensitive."
"I stay at many Marriott properties, so when my family and I decided to fly out of ONT I decided to stay here so we could have easier travel in the morning; terrible experience. Beds are small and hard, had next-door room up partying all night until after 3am. No-one manning the front desk overnight. Suffice it to say, my family was exhausted for travel the next day."
"I meant to write this review earlier. The staff and hotel were AMAZING to work with! My brother Mitch lost a bet and had to check into the hotel dressed in a silly Donald Duck costume, as well as visit some friends in the area. Victoria, Michael and their team helped us prank him. They seemed to really enjoy laughing at Mitch in this embarrassing Donald Duck costume as he had to wait in the bar, dance around, make a couple of trips to the front desk, and generally humiliate himself in front of the staff and guests, LOL!! They have invited us back and we hope that we are able to have Mitch do something similar. Also, the rooms and service were great! 5 STARS!!!"
