"Some of the front desk staff was very nice. Other staff members lacked the ability to listen to their guests. The rooms are nice and spacious. The lack of a microwave in each room is inconvenient. The rooms have a fridge but no microwave. Breakfast isn’t included in your hotel stay, it has to be paid for! I could stay at another hotel of equal or better quality and have both a microwave in my room and breakfast included in my stay. The restaurant food was bland. A can of chef boyardee would have been better than the spaghetti and meatballs at this place! I’d also stay away from the fish and chips. The fries were better tasting than the fish."

"Excellent attentive staff, very clean rooms, quiet property, comfy beds. The free hotel WiFi is fast and stable enough for PC gaming. I stay here every other week, feels like home now. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, from the lobby it looks ok, but the rooms and elevators are not maintained like they should be. I had to move to another room after the first night because of a loose hose that was leaking dirty water under the sink. The carpets in the halls and elevators are old, dirty and moldy. One of the elevators was malfunctioning, but staff didn't seem too concerned. One elevator had coffee grounds that had been poured onto the floor, apparently someone vomited in the elevator. Overall is doesn't seem like the rooms and the plumbing in this hotel is inspected on a regular basis. It desperately needs to be updated. I had family staying here as well who also had to move rooms a couple times due to issues with the room and plumbing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, there are other hotels in that area that are probably better."

"I can't believe how nice everyone is at this place. I went there with my wife and 2 special needs sons. They treated us as if we were friends from years ago. It didn't matter who we came across, they were all equally nice. My wife and one of the ladies that cleans there even exchanged numbers because they got along so well. The room was comfortable. We stayed for about one week and we will gladly go back if we need a place to stay. On Sunday we had their breakfast buffet and we really enjoyed it. My boys ate a ton and so did I. The people attending that area were just as nice as everyone else. I am 44 years old and have traveled to a few countries and never have I met such a great staff. The hotel is good...but the people working there make this place great!"

"Stayed here yesterday and instantly regretted it. The lady was nice but checked us into a dirty room even though it was 7 pm. Had to go tell her so she gave us complimentary breakfast (which normally costs $16 a person)…2nd room seemed fine until we arrived back to our room at midnight and tried taking a hot shower to unfortunately realize NO HOT WATER!! Called the front desk and they say they never had complaints. We were too tired to switch rooms AGAIN. Breakfast was good but very few options."
