"My stay at this hotel was less than desirable. Both nights in the hotel there were numerous families as other guests and the children were allowed to run up and down hallways and knock on other guests doors. They would run through the stairwells - so thank god there wasn’t an emergency and the stairwells weren’t needed for exits. This noise and disruption went well into the night both nights. In addition to this the staff did nothing to fix the problem at the time, nor did they make any accommodations to other guests because of it. This was their response to me - “I understand the situation from last night can be frustrating and has caused issues and sorry that you experienced that. It was very out of control last night and did our best to address it but it did prove difficult.” This was unacceptable and if they can’t control things like this then they need to add staff or do something. This impacts their guests comfort and safety - essentially the main things they are responsible for. I do not recommend this hotel in any way - Side note: the desk person who checked me in was very nice. The rest were unhelpful and rude"

"The staff is wonderful. The owner is an absentee owner. The guests need to learn to tip. This is a service business. In this country you tip. Always tip the hotel staff as you would do in Las Vegas. The guests are messy in their rooms. If your hotel room is a pig pen that means so is your home. Guests who are parents of teenagers need to raise their kids better to behave in public same goes for the kid sports teams. Being a good sportsman doesn't pay the bills. Do not forget to tip the hotel staff. Welcome to The City Of Ontario. Now go home."

"Hotel was clean but does need some updating. Staff was friendly and offered smiles. Carpet had burns and was pretty sad. No microwave in room and no icemaker on my floor. Hotel is situated at the I-10 and I-15 interchange, so lots of traffic noise outside. Surprisingly room was somewhat quiet for the amount of traffic. Location is good with tons of dining and shopping nearby. Housekeeping was great and breakfast was the usual eggs in a can."

"Loved everything, except we had trouble with the dryer. It takes a while before it will take your card if it takes it. Other than that, everything was excellent. Our family would love to stay there again"

"Terrible stay. We arrived at 3:40 pm and the front desk staff were courteous but nothing remarkable. They told us they oversold rooms the night before and our room was not cleaned yet. They told me they would text us to let us know when the room would be ready. No problem for us, we were understanding, the lady quoted us 20 to 30 minutes. We had an event to go to, so this was very disappointing for us as we needed to get ready. By 4:50 p.m., we still did not receive a text message, so we went to the desk and inquired about the wait. Lo and behold, room was ready and we were given keys. I informed the staff that we never received a text message and the staff gave us a lukewarm apology. Also, They did not explain when breakfast is (we ended up missing it). We went to our room, 304, the hallway reeked of piss. It smelt like a backalley of a bar. The smell from the hallway would creep into the room when the ac stopped blowing. Due to the fact we were already behind on our schedule, we didn't complain. The room was rough, there were multiple stains on the couch and floors by it. Very worn down, the fridge had leaked and had water damage on the wood fixtures. The room smelt better than the hallway, but you could still smell the urine. Thank God I had slippers to wear in this room. The worst part was that the sink by the washroom was broken. No water at all. We called, and they sent maintenance quiet quickly, though he was never able to fix it. Thankfully, there was a bar sink we used to wash our hands. Worst stay ever. Thank God we only had to stay for one night. Don't book here. This hotel is closer to 1 star. If they try to give you 304, ask for another room."
