"I would like to start with the front desk with Monica, Adriana, Joey, Kristina, Annette, Fabian, Edwin. Rosemary and Evelyn. The drivers the people from the bar Michelle,Arturo, Amber all of them they make you feel just like home. The rooms are impeccable. The housekeepers are amazing every single stuff that works at this location are amazing very respectful and amazing people. I would like to say that I am on and off guest and definitely this is my first choice of hotel love the balconies, love the view and love every single thing of this hotel, the security’s everything thank you so much. Great atmosphere a great place to be away from home."
"Rooms are quiet, a bit dated. I wish they had refrigerators in the rooms, seems like a must have these days. They will bring one if you ask. The breakfast in the restaurant is the most expensive I’ve ever encountered. $22 for an omelet plus $4.00 for coffee."
"Air con was loud and did not blow any cold air. Luckily it was cool out the week I was at site. Digital key only worked on 1/2 the doors to get back and forth to the lobby so a ton of walking around the buildings to get to your room. Frustrating as it was raining all week. Plenty of parking and the bar and coffee shop was nice."
"Came here for a weekend conference. Hotel is convenient near the airport. They have a free shuttle so you don't need a car if you are not planning to go anywhere else. Hotel is large so depending on where your room is it can be a good walk to the conference rooms. They have a Starbucks onsite, but if you like your Starbucks app or gift cards, they do not take any of those."
"Great location close to the airport. Lots of amenities. Nice pool area for kids and business people to relax. Airport shuttle runs consistently throughout the entire day. Fresh warm cookies upon checking in. Restaurant, bar and café on site for breakfast and dinner. Definitely will be back to this location when I’m in the area."
