"My family and I rented a room here this place is a joke. When we arrive waited 15 minutes before they help us then they tell us we have to pay extra for the dog we have , we pre paid everything week before now we agree then we finally get the room we reserve a non smoking room well guess what the room stunk like smoke.Then after they gave us second room and then full of trash and not even ready then they denied us a refund. They expect us to stay in those rooms . Please don’t book here is ran down dirty and not professionals."
"DON’T stay there!!! Smells bad. Bed wasn’t even made correctly. TV connection died after a few minutes. Only one light in bed area and was overhead. Load road noise."
"I booked the room because I read they offer breakfast. Upon check in I was Informed no breakfast available. Smh. But other than that the motel looks like a budget suit."
"This inn is a genuine jewel. The room was open and all around named, and the staff made a special effort to make my visit pleasant. The inn's café served flavorful feasts, and the spa was really wonderful. I'll return."
"Great location and helpful folks at the front counter, but unfortunately this place has seen better days. Our room was somewhat dingy and beat up, only a few jets worked on the hot tub and very limited outlets for recharging devices. Oh and the heater/ac unit died on the second night of our stay. Most disturbingly though was the state of the linens. We had to replace the bedding when we came in (see attached pics) and several towels we received weren't fully cleaned. They were eager to replace everything but it's something to pay attention to should you stay here. All that said, the price and location were both solid. Great mountain views as well. Hopefully they can get the maintenance and cleaning issues sorted so this hotel can shine once more."
