"The room was clean. Had hot water was close to food and store options. Next to the airport and truck stop and with the guests staying there, far too much noise. The window in my room did not lock or close. They offered to switch rooms but was not in the mood to have to do that again after doing that at the previous hotel I stayed at for an event I was working."
"My reservation LITERALLY SAYS non smoking. My room is filthy and stinky i’m PISSED DO NOT book here. Also i’m a Choice Member. I will not be booking again. Update, I’ve reached out to several people and no apology, no explanation and it basically just stating that it’s New Year’s and that’s why they sold out like don’t sell me a non-smoking room. I couldn’t even stay in the room. I went in for 10 minutes tried to finish my food and got sick to my stomach due to the smell, the dirtiness and the burn holes on the bed. I’m shocked people stay here. Once again, unless your single smoker, who doesn’t care about dirty rooms or nasty beds and smells, avoid this place at ALL COSTS. I paid for a room i didn’t even use. Third update they charged my deposit and won’t pickup the phone, and i didn’t stay so i will not be paying said deposit. I"
"Love this place! I've stayed twice and will be back. Rooms are clean n I sleep like a baby. It's near a truck stop but there are no truckers that I've seen. Never saw not one bug or pest inside or out. I always bring my own sheet and my electric blanket because all lodging places have public beds. Just my personal preference. Lowest price in town and never and rudeness or loud guests. No homeless or drugs or alcohol on site. It's located in a hidden area so there is no traffic noise etc. $100 deposit is always returned when u check out. That's reasonable!"
"The quality of the room and the staff is great. But there is a railway and a mess of semi trucks right outside. It is not quiet AT ALL! Can't recommend this place for location alone."
"So I've been a choice member for some time now. I travel frequently for work. So I stay in my fair share of hotels. And this hands down.. one of my favorite.. quick Check_in.. anything you need. They're willing to accommodate always service with a smile. Very welcoming so Whether you're traveling alone or with family and friends. This is the property for you... quiet.. outside and inside beautifully maintained .. so if your in Ontario Mills mall area. This should be your place to go THANKS PATEL!!!"
