"I believe the most important things I look for in terms of customer satisfaction, is a true concern for the customer's needs, responsiveness and communication. Based on the experience I have had with McLain Properties, and specifically Jessica and the team that backs her up, I have found that there always was a sense that my concerns as a customer were taken seriously and the response and communications timely and detailed to such an extent that I could see progress. I had a number of issues dealing with the Neptune Way unit and the issues generally got quickly resolved and to my satisfaction.
