"I was recently a guest here at the Avalon in Vista Ca. I must start by Thanking Joe the community manager for all of the friendly and informative help. He truly goes above and beyond for not only the residence, but their guests as well. The entire team there at the Avalon are absolutely amazing and extremely attentive to everyone’s needs. The amenities are excellent! There’s a beautiful heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi, that are accented with elegantly strung lighting, to a fireplace with communal grilling and comfortable patio seating. There is also a lovely Lounge for the residence to spend time with their families and guests, in. The lounge has 3 large screen televisions, video gaming area along with a shuffle board and pool table, to enjoy! The fitness center at the Avalon is top notch and possibly the most utilized amenity on site. Overall, absolutely amazing! Thank you to Joe & everyone @ The Avalon in Vista."

"Living at Avalon Vista over a year now and loving how it feels like a close community. Joseph Drewer works at the front office and has been nothing but helpful and friendly. He has gone beyond his duties to make our stay as comfortable when it comes to renting out the community room for an event, taking care of any maintenance fixes and answering any questions we had when it came to Avalon. His smile always brightens our day. When looking for a place to stay, you want a nice safe community with friendly employees. Avalon has just that."

"Avalon Vista is easily the best little community. Very pet friendly, clean, safe, overall a great place to live and call home. I was sad to part ways after years of living here. The office staff is very detailed … going above and beyond to make sure your experience at Avalon is nothing less than great. The maintenance team members are friendly, prompt, and detailed. "Avalon Vista makes me so happy and if you chose to live here, it will make you happy too. I have lived at many different apartment communities and no staff compares to Avalon Vista’s team. Hanna is an absolute gem in the world of property management. She is very knowledgeable about her community and genuinely cares about her residents concerns. She is quick to attend to sticky issues by just taking care of it and being kind. Joseph is very helpful and puts in a lot of effort in making connections with his residents and not just when you lease the apartment. Nick is also just so awesome and unique in how personable he is with people. Ernesto and Patrick are also amazing with maintenance and just have such a nice vibe when they are completing service requests. And on top of all that, the apartments are incredibly nice and clean and the amenities are a plus!"
