"I lived here for 2 years and never had a problem here. Mike the manager is always helpful, nice and understanding. The 1 bedroom apartment is pretty spacious compared to other 1 bedroom apartments that I have seen. They pretty much keep it clean and tidy here."

"If you would like to live somewhere that you over pay for an apartment that is constantly falling apart with mediocre repairs, talked to like a child from the property manager and ripped off from your deposit at time of move out then this is the place for you. Otherwise...RUN!! We lived here for a few years out of necessity and at time of move out we deep cleaned the apartment three times and were still charged a cleaning fee. We were also charged a spot painting fee even though they had to paint anyways and the list goes on and on. We were good tenants that kept to ourselves, kept a very clean apartment and always paid our rent on time and yet still were screwed over, the sad part is that we weren’t as screwed over as we thought we would be."

"Rented at these apartments for a year and never had any issues until moving out.. during the initial lockdown of covid19 both me and my boyfriend lost out jobs and instead of applying for rental assistance or falling behind on payments we asked if we could move out that month on the 15th and pay half the rent. The property manager said he would ask corporate and see if it’s ok. He called me back and said that they agreed and it would be fine. After moving out and receiving our deposit and itemized letter of deductions, we noticed we were charged for the other half of rent. When I called to ask why they charged me they said because I didn’t stay for the full 30 days since I didn’t put it my notice “on time”. They also said the property manager never called and never got the approval for us to move out with penalty. This place is extremely shady and scammed us. I feel like they took advantage of us and showed little to no sensitivity with the surrounding issues of covid. I felt like we were doing ourselves and the apartment complex a favor by leaving early and not staying there rent free and they totally lied and screwed us over! So disappointed in this company..."

"I lived at Villa Del Norte Apartments for 2 years and I enjoyed my stay there. My manager Donna was very nice and made us feel at home there. She even helped to celebrate our wedding there and had nice 4th of July bbqs for the residents. The maintenance was not up to par. They did sloppy work and left my apartment in a mess. They had to come back 3 times for one repair. Overall I would recommend Villa Del Norte as a nice place to live."
