"Just moved out of here after being a resident for 5 years, honest review, I do not recommend this place to anyone, there is a roach infestation that has prolonged for an extended period of time, and the rats that live in the trees will nest in your car, although gated the complex was not safe at all, crime is always increasing in the complex (they literally leave these letters on your door) and parking is extremely limited (you must pay for your second parking spot) my maintenance request were often slow to be fulfilled (one of the many reasons I felt the urge to move) and outside of the chaos and poor living conditions they will try to do all they can to prevent returning your deposit after move out, and then have the audacity to request even more money once you’re gone. The new manager was kind but that’s the only positive I have in regards to these apartments , the below average rent is not worth the headache."

"I got my car stolen and the owner of the apartments doesn't care. They refuse to have security or hire security. Criminal activities have rise, 2024. I am sad, but I don't want this to happen to anyone. The apartment manager is a greate person, but higher management doesn't care about their residents,"

"Honestly if I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve lived here for 6 months and within the first week I knew I wouldn’t be renewing the lease and can’t wait to get out of here ASAP. I live here with my 2 roommates, and amongst the 3 of us, we had to call the cops minimally 4 times throughout our lease because of domestic violence, excessive loud noise at night, and crazy drunk people running around the complex. I know the cops were called multiple other times by other tenants in the complex. We had roaches even after maintenance came and sprayed for them (after a month of hounding the leasing office to respond to our maintenance request might I add). If we did schedule a maintenance request, the leasing office wouldn’t even coordinate with us to let us know when they were coming. The guy would come knocking at our door at 8 in the morning waking us all up. Our running water in the showers and sinks smelled like it came straight from the sewers. I could honestly go on and on about how awful my experience was here. Do yourself a favor and don’t sign a lease here."

"During the rain the apartments flood. Our rooms came with locks, and one morning I was changing and an inspection lady came inside and was banging on my door which happened to be locked she then demanded all of our locks be changed. I felt extremely violated... she said they need “access” at all times to our rooms which made me extremely uncomfortable. What if there wasn’t a lock? She was just going to barge in on me naked? And what if there’s an invasion? My neighbors said one night a guy walked into their apartment drunk trying to attack them and the children couldn’t even lock their bedrooms. All apartments should legally have some type of privacy... not sure if I’m okay with this."

"Rats, roaches, and entitled rich people taking their kids to private school. I've lived here since 2010 and wanted to move since. I am simply building my credit to move in 2016. The rent is ridiculous. It was fine when it was advertised as a slum. It's still a slum try to pass as an "upscale apartment living." If you see it in craigslist, skip these apartments."
