"The rooms are decent. Area is very quiet and peaceful. The people at front office are very good."
"This hotel is renting rooms that are dirty, not kept clean, long black female hairs up and down the bathroom walls. Showers leaking all night long, transients living long-term collecting trash out front of their units. Shady characters at all hours of the knight going back and forth between units. Completely unacceptable customer service from the front staff. Both Alex and Harsh couldn't even get their property manager to call me so that I could resolve my refund. So I have no choice but to report this "business" and leave the deserving review."
"Old, dirty, management is horrible. You aren't allowed to have visitors or you will be kicked out. Blood spots on ceiling, mold in bathroom, holes in walls, cockroaches and the windows are not secure. Easily broken in to."
"Customer service was amazing. Always a warming experience when I come to this location. Clean fun people.. they accommodate us with all our needs. Thank you so much, Franciscan, and we love you!"
"Holes in the ceiling, holes in the bathroom wall, no outlet cover on for A/C unit. Door jam for bathroom broken , bathroom heat lamp not working, tub reglazing is peeling off, sink is cracked and no stoper. Bug bait poison set out all over the place. All in all it sucks."
