"Sneaky management. Google the management company before leasing. Will try to screw you out of money. Will lie about floor plans to receive a deposit. The list goes on - beautiful place to live but end of your lease will have you regretting it."
"When I first leased I would have given it 5 stars. The original company was fantastic and on top of their stuff. Then managers changed and it was a 4… but when the new owners bought the building I’d give it zero if I could. Paperwork was lost, issues took forever to resolve. Don’t get me started on the continuously broken garage gate and the amount of random people that didn’t live there walking the halls trying to swindle a buck or just enter random apartments. God forbid you need to ask the manager a question, it was like you were asking her to do something outside her job requirements. Like I said, they were great when they first opened and it just went down hill from there."
"My partner and I decided that the available unit we were interested in wasn't for us, however I wanted to leave a review for the staff at the leasing office. For our viewing, we had the pleasure of working with Couper and he was one of the most pleasant Leasing Consultants we met with during our many tours. He was very knowledgeable, spoke with with an easy to follow cadence, and was very low pressure throughout the whole process."
"We love our apartment it is a really great spot and we were super excited to move here, however being so close to the vista transit center there is a homeless problem. In fact a few months ago there was a homeless man who was as roaming the halls of the apartment complex and was trying to get into my apartment. Since then I feel unsafe to walk my dog at night due to the problem and wait for my husband to walk him. Although, I’ve noticed they’ve heighten their security since then. Everything else about the Rylan is great, but coming from a suburban area this is something I struggle to deal with here."
"This place is really nice and quiet. You can walk to several restaurants and little stores. Great music as you're walking outside. Pool is nice and not crazy busy. Apartments were very modern and had an open kitchen floorplan. Would definitely recommend this place. The office employees were extremely friendly."
